Echo Speech Therapy offers telepractice therapy sessions. Telepractice is the application of telecommunications technology to the delivery of speech language pathology professional services at a distance by linking clinician to client for assessment, intervention, and/or consultation. Telepractice sessions offer many advantages including the ability to meet conveniently from home without traveling!

Echo Speech Therapy telepractice sessions are synchronous, which means that services will be conducted with interactive audio and video connection in real time to create an in-person experience similar to that achieved in a traditional encounter.

If you would like to participate in telepractice therapy sessions, you must have access to a computer or iPad or be able to connect your phone to a TV. Having a stable screen that you don’t have to hold allows participants to engage more fully in sessions.

Telepractice therapy sessions look different for different clients, but in our experience it works well for a variety of different scenarios from early intervention (ages 0-3) with parent involvement, to school age children, to adults.
