Payment for speech-language assessment and treatment sessions is collected at the time of service. Payments are accepted in the form of cash, check, or credit card. For a complete outline of private payment fees, please contact us directly.
Partial payment for workshops will be collected in advance and the complete payment will be collected at the time of the workshop.
At this time, we are not in-network providers for any private insurance companies. However, some insurance companies provide reimbursement benefits for speech therapy. If you are interested in reimbursement, please contact your insurance company directly and verify the specifics related to benefits for speech therapy reimbursement for an out-of-network provider prior to the initiation of services. Echo Speech Therapy can provide you with a receipt listing procedure and diagnosis codes (called a SuperBill) upon request which can be submitted by you to your insurance company. Please note that at this time, we are unable to interact directly with your insurance company including making phone calls, submitting documents, etc.
